We loved the hotel's location in the charming neighborhood of Leblon, right on the beach. It allowed us to enjoy beautiful ocean views from our bedroom, creating a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us during our time here.
All was good.

Friendly and accommodating staff, good food and an excellent location for Leblon, Ipanema and the lagoon. Beautiful, if small, roof top pool.
The room was a little tired and on occasions, although very pleasant about it, the reception staff were not always the most efficient (although I understand that a relaxed attitude not uncommon in Rio).

Good Location.
Rooms are old and smelly and the windows can't be opened. I booked for four nights but I just stayed one.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the beautiful Leblon beach. You can enjoy the convenience of having a beach bar, Barraca do Móises, right on the beach. the area is safe and perfect for leisurely walks on the sandy shores.
The housekeeping service could be improved, as there were issues with the cleaning of the rooms.

the location,quieter than Copacabana
the price is too high for what they offer. First I stayed in a room that was fallinga part, then in one where you could hear the neighbor breathe. For everything they charge (newspaper, email very expensive, etc)

Hotel is very run down and in need of repair and update. Very expensive for poor condition. Location is excellent but hotel is poor at best.

The staff is wonderful. They speak multiple languages and they are extremely helpful. I have never received such good service before. It really makes a difference.

You better pay for a 5 stars hotel in Rio and guarantee you will have a proper value for the money you are spending... This hotel is extremely commercial, so do not expect an amazing service.

Great location on the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool provided amazing views of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The hotel could use some updating in terms of décor and amenities. The lack of a proper concierge service made it difficult to navigate the city, and prices for services booked through the hotel were high.

Great location in Leblon, great view. Unusual to find a room with 3 twin beds, which is what we needed. Nice fitness center. Great buffet breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location couldn't have been better, with the hotel being right across the street from the beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk out onto the sand within minutes. The service here was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and friendly staff who accommodated my late check-out. I also appreciated the effort they've put into improving the rooms and services, as everything was comfortable and well-maintained.
I highly recommend this venue to anyone.

Proximity to beach. Beach services. Safe walk to neighborhood restuarants and shops. Nice view of beach and city from our 20th floor room. Allowed early check-in.
A little bit of a problem with the limited english with some of the staff. Expecially in the Dining room.

Staying in this hotel is about being right across the street from Praia Leblon and being in a safer and more upscale area of Rio de Janeiro. Leblon is a quieter area than Ipanema and the beach is less crowded than Ipanema and Copacabana. The Front Desk staff is very helpful and their English is good.
You pay a high price mainly for the location of the hotel and not for the luxury of the rooms or services offered by the hotel. The rooms are basic with little to no decor to speak of, but the rooms are comfortable and functional. The breakfast buffet is not great, but the tropical fruit selection is worth it. If you stay at this hotel, choose an Ocean View room; otherwise, you are better off staying in another hotel.

The Marina Palace was a comfortable and safe place to stay in Rio. I really enjoyed staying here. The views from my room over Ipanema were amazing, as was the food and room service, and the panoramic view from the roof top bar.
